MATCO Computer Corporation processes and ships orders based on product availability and confirmed payment or Purchase Order (PO).
On-hand items
For items that are readily available in stock, delivery will be arranged through our company rider within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the PO.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on the location and route availability.
Order-based items
For items that are not immediately available and need to be ordered from suppliers, delivery lead time may range from 30 to 90 working days after receipt of PO, depending on product availability and brand lead time.
Order updates and notifications
We will notify customers once their order has been processed, scheduled, and ready for delivery. We aim to keep you updated throughout the process.
Delays and limitations
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.
